'It was a bad decision because it ruined my international career,' said Sami, who was once counted among the fastest bowlers in international cricket.
'But now I cannot leave the league till the time my dues are cleared by them.'
Sami was one of the 28 Pakistani cricketers who switched allegiance to the cash-rich ICL and were later banned by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
However, earlier this year, the ICL players who broke ties with the league were allowed to return to national cricket by the PCB.
