Los Angeles, Aug 25 - Actress Melanie Griffith, known for her roles in 'Body Double' and 'Something Wild', has checked into a rehabilitation centre in Utah to get rid of her drinking habit.
The 52-year-old is seeking treatment at Utah's Cirque Lodge, where other actresses like Kirsten Dunst and Lindsay spent time in recent years, reported imdb.com.
'She is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy. This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago,' said Griffith's representative Robin Baum.
There were reports that the star, who is married to Spanish actor Antonio Banderas, turned to rehab after losing her long battle with alcohol.
