Authorities said they already confirmed that the girl participated in at least one of the killings and was a suspect in another.

The suspect 'describes, with details', her crimes and even 'sometimes provides the surname of a victim or the place' where she killed him, Truzzi said.

'She says that she later saw photos of the people she had killed posted in places as missing,' the police officer said.
