The president gave no further details on what ministers he was planning to change.
Ahmadinejad further accused the West of interfering in the election process and of efforts to expose the polls as dubious with the final aim of undermining Iran's potentials.
'The West should know that the more it interferes, the more we will enter the international scene with strength and decisiveness,' he said.
The Iranian foreign ministry and the parliament are evaluating revising - and even degrading - diplomatic relations with some of the European states, including Britain, France and Germany.
