'Earlier the management said the revised wages will be paid only to those who sign an acceptance letter for the wage pact which the union members declined to sign,' union general secretary Y.S. Chinnaraja told IANS.
Besides bringing back the the nine transferred employees to the factory at Irrungattukottai near here, the company will also take back some 20 dismissed employees, he said.
'The remaining 60 dismissed employees are expected to be taken back gradually on the advice of the labour commissioner.'
Chinnaraja added that the two plants at Irrungattukottai will function normally from Wednesday morning.
