New Delhi, Sep 14 - The cellphone of slain teenager Aarushi Talwar, missing for over a year since her mysterious killing in her parents' Noida flat, has been found by Delhi Police and handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing the murder, police said Monday.
'Aarushi's cellphone was recovered by Delhi Police's Crime Branch and handed over to the CBI,' Delhi Police spokesman Rajan Bhagat said.
He, however, did not say how and when the missing piece of evidence was found.
According to police sources, the missing mobile was recovered from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr town.
Aarushi was found murdered in her parents' Jalvayu Vihar apartment in Noida May 16 2008.
