London, Aug 30 - Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock says the secret behind her trim figure is repeated liposuctions.

The 45-year-old joked that she uses liposuctions to get rid of excess fat deposits.

'Lipo - lots of it - tons of liposuction,' fametastic.co.uk quoted her as saying.
