London, Aug 17 - British singer Lily Allen burst into tears at a concert in Finland because she was unable to bear the pain caused by a back injury.

Allen fell and hurt herself over the weekend but refused to let the accident stop her from performing. Though she was given an injection prior to the gig, the medication did little to cure her aching back, reports contactmusic.com.

The 24-year-old told the crowd that her tears were due to physical pain as she performed in the country's capital Helsinki.

'I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me,' Allen told the audience.
