New Delhi, July 12 - Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh Sunday asked the party's youth wing to remain committed to the ideology of 'cultural nationalism' and not be disappointed with the electoral reverses.
'We are proud of being part of a party that has a strong ideological base. I can say with confidence that no other party today can boast of an ideology which governs it,' Rajnath Singh said in his address at the two-day national executive meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha here.
'Our ideology is of cultural nationalism, which gives inspiration to the party, and this cannot be measured on the parameters of electoral gains or losses,' he said.
Rajnath Singh said though the poll results were not as per the party's expectations, the party cadres should not feel disappointed.
