London, Aug 2 - Hollywood actress Demi Moore, who tied knot with Ashton Kuthcer in 2005, will mark her fourth wedding anniversary by taking her husband's last name as her own.

When Moore married 15-year-younger Kutcher, she had refused to alter her name. But now she has decided to officially become Demi Kutcher, reports people.co.uk.

'Demi didn't want to change her name at first because it didn't seem right but now she finally feels ready,' said a source.
