London, July 25 - Singer Peter Andre will file a lawsuit against estranged wife Katie Price for hinting in a TV interview that he cheated on her during their marriage.

The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer has threatened Price with legal action after she hinted that he had been unfaithful, reported femalefirst.co.uk.

'I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100 percent faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false,' said Andre.

Andre's spokesperson confirmed that the singer -- who raises three children with Katie -- is seeking legal advice.

'The only thing I can say is that Peter is taking legal action,' said the spokesperson.
